what do you think? they're desperately trying to avoid/supress public negative feedback, else they loose all the (remaining) paying customers xD

 

I feel like a chump having paid for v7 and finding that much about working with mono audio tracks is fundamentally broken.

This is the only way to get new customers, because customers are watching their money, and there is also a small recession going on worldwide, which means that money has become less valuable and households can spend less. I think PreSonus has done everything right.

Some of tomorrow's customers haven't even been born yet...!

At first, I thought, “Okay, they probably know what they’re doing,” but I didn’t expect them to be so aggressively desperate to push people toward subscriptions rather than allowing an annual payment option.

I’ve been a long-time PreSonus user, investing a lot in extras that are now included for free.

And as a “thank you,” I’m now excluded from the community forum.

From my perspective, this is far from the right way to treat loyal customers.

Congratulations, PreSonus—you’ve successfully pushed another long-time user to abandon the sinking ship.
Perhaps it’s time to rebrand as PreAnus
