Any VST are visible on my Ableton Live 12.1 suite (AudioZ). I have Kontakt 8.01 (Bodule Version) and it does'nt appears.

Do you have an idea of the issue ?

I would advise you to downgrade to live 11 or 10 if you dont record vocals , i do and it's a pity my ableton 12 suite always displays an orange bar when dropping a vst so i switched to reason 12 i suggest you do the same

 

simply rename the VST3 in KontaktA.vst3 or anything else

then it will become visible again,
once visible you can revert to the original name (for update or uninstall) or not (manual management)

 

Is this a problem that could be encountered with the legit versions of both software, and, if so, would your solution work as well?

it should not happend on a fresh install, but sometime, update give a bad result.
this solution goes faster than clean cache and database, and it is typical to Ableton with Kontakt.
the portable version also hide the regular, it need to manage the shortcut.

when you know it, the hidden mystery is quickly resolved.
