I have to say as huge a fan as I am of the Beatles I'd be way more jazzed about having the Mark IV console!

Those console are very pretty to me.

 

I'd buy the console (after selling both of my earlobes) if the room that they recorded Abby Road in was was part of the deal. That's my final offer.

you know the problem is the earlobe thing.if the earlobe was not required, then why not? I'd buy it sure. If I had that kind of dough to buy a desk, i probably wouldn't be going to the studio in a ford focus, would I ?

Earlobes are wayyy overrated. Any body part can be pierced, and as well those floppy lumps of flesh have no proven biological function. If someone with an odd wish as a collector to corner the market on lobes or perhaps even to use them to feed their pet sea turtle and would be willing to give me one plus million dollars I would certainly be more than willing to let them go.
