Don't bother guys, lowpass believes that the only real synths you need are Massive, Nexus and Sylenth. Well at least if you're making tired and derivative snoozefest relics of a passé genre. It would be one thing if someone like VAC gives a constructive review of some synths and even then many people disagree. At least the guy's been making music for decades and has actually used the software he's talking about...for years. What did he say about Massive again? Plastic toy was it? I don't know what planet we're on where a modular synth could be considered a toy. Anyone with such an opinion likely hasn't ever used one nor would they have the knowledge of how to program it. It would be one thing if your opinion was constructive in some way but it's not...so I wonder why not simply skip the comment?

 

Yes, Catalyst, I've read your comments on IDM (Intelligent Dance Music). I couldn't disagree more. I hate your opinion. I hate your standing. I hate your Avatars. But there is one thing left that combines. You and me and propably all people here, we love music, we love harmonies. we love that shit coming out of these synths. Actually Geraldthegenis just made a great post really illustrating everything I said about IDM on AudioZ, about how it has stepped up his game so much working with the order in chaos that the genre brings. As heartbroken as I am that you hate my opinions somehow I will find the strength to move on, the very fact that you oppose me tells me that I'm onto something.

The bulk of the rest of the people here seem to like them seeing as the site has tripled it's userbase since I came on and that's without me even advertising. Yeah I know surely my avatar isn't as creative as your vapid Apple fanboy logo but I just can't think as big or as creatively as you. I didn't have someone to guide me through what other people think when I was making my selection so naturally I was lost. My question is why are you here on a site that I run if you hate me so much? It seems that there are these few people that hate hate hate yet they come back every day. If I hated someone I certainly wouldn't be hanging out at their site. Think about that when you go to that other site I manage where you get that software that we're talking about in this convo. If you really felt the way you ended that paragraph then you would be more open-minded which you are definitely not, you have too much hate to actually like anything. There is no reason to battle it out because I only got snarky due to the complete lack of respect that you seem to have. I'm not exactly your biggest fan but I wouldn't sit here telling you that I hate you and you saying that to me makes me wonder if you know where you are or who you're talking to. And you don't even know me enough to hate me, you only think you do.

A lot of people happen to like my avatars, why does it have to be gay just because you don't? It's actually a very powerful and meaningful image. Anyway I guess your last comment sans the avatar part was cool so let's just leave things in the past. I don't have a problem with you, I may not always agree with what you have to say but I respect that people can have the right to their own opinion about things. I get on you sometimes because of the language you use when expressing said opinions which sometimes seems kind of harsh.
