Supersaw (stacked and detuned saws) with pitch envelope, going up (pitch env attack) pretty fast and then falls (pitch env decay) even more slow. Add amp(litude) modulation (triangle or sine LFO), or add a tempo-sync'd tremolo effect after the synth. Add a bit of attack-time on the triangle LFO, which controls the amplitude/tremolo, so that the synth starts off with an "un-tremolo'd" sound and gradually starts to tremolate(is that a word?) as it rises and then falls in pitch.
    Don't forget the reverb.

For some extra spice and fun, modulate the amp LFO speed (do not tempo-sync it).

Btw, I like the fact that in the video:
    1) Dre is listening on speakers and there is no soundproof wall between the CR and RR, so I guess he likes monitor leaks (and big ass room ambience mic leak).
    3) They both say "drums" simultaneously in the end, as if the rapper already knew it but wanted Dre to take all the cred. No need to piss off your employer/doctor.

I don't own/use Massive (I used Vember Surge VSTi for about three minutes just to re-create the sound, but I didn't save the sound/preset that I made, since it's pretty basic - for me anyways). If I want/hear/create something, I usually do it from scratch or alter a preset that has the initial quality. In this case you can just add pitch envelope and amp LFO to an init preset, and then mess with waveforms lastly. It's a good exercise in learning envelopes and LFO and how to create a sound that you hear in a track. I'm not gonna hand you over a preset/patch, unless you pay me in chocolates. ;)

Let me know how it goes. Re-read and do how I described. I can guide you if you get totally stuck.
