Do you have any idea of a plugin similar to SLICEX that can detect a loop by notes and not only by transients?

    You could ask Foster.

Hitpoint detection is still the way to go. Notes, are inherently "transient", just with various amounts of attack and separation. Once it is chopped, then you can select by notes. Slice detection by "note" depends on frequency, so anything at frequency besides the funamental would be inaccurate, unless you are talking about very simple waveforms you are chopping.

Melodyne would most likely be your best option. Almost any full featured sampler is going to be more useful than anything from "beatskillz". Their plugins are barely on par with W.A. or Cymatics. A very low bar.
