guys i'm looking for plugin with m/s (separate) processing like Fabfilter Saturn and Izotope Ozone.
let me be more clear. i'm looking for exciters,overdriver,saturators wich can process only mid or only side or both indipendly.
if they are multiband it's better (Saturn, Ozone).
i know also Melda Production plugins have this features but the distortion is too much amp-ish sound.

if you know other kind of m/s processing plug-in write them please.

 

If you're looking for saturation Brainworx Saturator is pretty good.
It has 2 bands for mid and side with separate controls. It has a mono maker too.
Nice like in all other MS Brainworx plug-ins is the auto solo feature that let you hear
only the band you're tweaking when you move the controls.
It's the only one that comes to my mind, that has multiband and M/S.
Regarding exciter I don't know, but you may check Waves new Vitamin.
(advertised as an enhancer/exciter but in fact more of a parallel equalizer)
I've not tried it yet but if I remember correctly it has M/S operation.
Parallel equalizing can do wonders, works great on the top end,
you can boost much more VS a traditional eq without ending up with a high range too harsh.

Also you can check all the T-Raks from IK multimedia that have this ability.

 

Or you can also use a MS matrix plugin to make any plugin to process in mid/side mode by using plugs like Waves S1 coupled with S1 Matrix (check this video on 6:30 ):

and if you want to use your favourite single-band distortion/exciter plugin in multi-band mode, you can use the Blue Cat Audio MB-7 Mixer:

That's pretty much it.

For just M/S operation with any plug-in I will recommend free Voxengo MSED. Well nothing against Waves, just cause it's free.
For multiband BlueCat MB7 is great, nice advice Evorax
