    Yeah im talking about vocal phrases ,indie style ,most of the time processed with vocoder.
    An example could be ,music like ott,globular etc.if this is help

    No its not all psydub instrumental.i already gave you an artist example globular.if you are familiar,you will recognize many vocals inside all of his discography..also ott,and many others..

    from what im hearing these are all samples. chopped, glitched, pitched, effected. you could try Output's Exhale for kontakt as a starting point
