    The title says it all.
Post Prompts that have proven to be particularly useful for you.

So, I'll make a start. With the basics.
How do you formulate a good prompt that delivers very, very good results?

    Let's find out!

    Define its Role:
    Code:
    `<role>`
Define the specific role of the AI in this context.
Clearly describe the expectations placed on the AI in this role.
    `</role>`
Good, nothing new. Many people stop here and send the prompt.
But the most important thing is yet to come!

Give AI the context it needs:
    Code:
    `<context>`
Provide a detailed and structured overview of the task's context. Answer the following questions:

    1. Who am I?
    2. What do I want to achieve?
    3. What is particularly important to me?
    4. What circumstances need to be considered?

Add background information if necessary to fully explain the situation.
    `</context>`

That's better! But we don't stop there!
Sometimes, if needed, some additional options wouldn't hurt:

    Code:
    `<target-audience>`
Define the target audience for whom the AI should create results.
Describe who this audience is and what expectations they have.
    `</target-audience>`

    `<communication-style>`
Define the desired communication style for the AI, e.g., formal, informal, factual, emotional.
Also specify the desired tone, e.g., friendly, direct, motivating.
    `</communication-style>`

    `<creativity-level>`
Specify how much creative freedom the AI has in completing the task.
Choose between "low" (very structured and formal) and "high" (creative, innovative).
    `</creativity-level>`

    Is the AI acting up?
Give it more information, define precise rules, formulate constraints:
    Code:
    `<informations>`
Create a prioritized list of relevant additional information that will help the AI efficiently and accurately complete the task.
    Highlight critical information.
    `</informations>`

    `<rules>`
Create an ordered list of clear, actionable rules that the AI must strictly follow.
Arrange the rules by priority and highlight the most important ones.
    `</rules>`

    `<constraints>`
Define an unordered list of clear and specific things that the AI should not do or consider under any circumstances.
Make sure to specify absolute no-gos.
    `</constraints>`

And, the AI will love it, give it some high quality examples, in the form of reference text!
If you want to generate great literary texts that read like your favorite reads, this is the place to insert samples from your favorite reads:

    Code:
    `<examples>`
Provide one or more examples that can serve as references for the AI.
    `</examples>`

Finally, to ensure that the AI doesn't miss anything,
formulate the task again in summarized form:

    Code:
    `<task>`
Summarize all the above points and formulate a clear, concise instruction for the AI.
Prioritize the most important aspects and ensure that the AI can execute the task immediately without further questions.
    `</task>`

    Yay, you made it!

When you follow these steps and provide the AI with the right data in the right order,
the AI should deliver exactly what you want, in exactly the way you want!

Here is the entire prompt template in one:
    Code:
    ## Prompt-Template:

    ### Define Role and Context:

    ### Additional Options (if needed):

No idea how to fill this out?
    Code:
    `<role>`
You are a professional career advisor specialized in helping mid-career professionals transition into leadership roles.
Your task is to provide tailored advice and actionable steps for me as I look to move from a mid-level management position into an executive role.
Your guidance should be strategic, empathetic, and highly practical, considering the challenges and opportunities specific to this career stage.
    `</role>`

    `<context>`
I have been working in a mid-level management position at Mercedes-Benz Group AG for the past 10 years.
I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills but have not yet been promoted to a senior leadership role.
I am now eager to advance to an executive position within Mercedes-Benz or at a similar organization.
I value work-life balance, personal growth, and a positive work culture.
I am particularly interested in developing skills that will make me a strong candidate for executive roles, such as strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
Mercedes-Benz is rapidly growing, which presents both opportunities and challenges for my career advancement.
    `</context>`

    ---

    `<target-audience>`
I am a mid-career professional with significant experience in management, looking to step into a leadership role.
I am ambitious, driven by personal growth, and I value clear, actionable advice that I can implement immediately.
    `</target-audience>`

    `<communication-style>`
The communication style should be professional yet approachable.
Use clear, concise language that conveys confidence and expertise, but also show empathy and understanding of the challenges I face at this career stage.
The tone should be encouraging, motivating, and supportive.
    `</communication-style>`

    `<creativity-level>`
You have a medium level of creative freedom.
While the advice should be grounded in proven career development strategies, feel free to offer innovative suggestions for skill-building and networking that may not be immediately obvious.
    `</creativity-level>`

    `<informations>`
    1. I am a mid-level manager at Mercedes-Benz Group AG with 10 years of experience.
    2. Transition to an executive leadership role within the next 1-2 years.
    3. I already have strong leadership skills; I need to develop strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
    4. I prioritize work-life balance, personal growth, and positive work culture.
    5. Mercedes-Benz is experiencing rapid growth, offering both opportunities and challenges for my career advancement.
    `</informations>`

    `<rules>`
    1. All advice must be actionable and tailored to my current career stage.
    2. Focus on building skills relevant to executive leadership, avoiding generic advice.
    3. Emphasize strategies that align with my values, especially work-life balance and personal growth.
    4. Avoid suggesting actions that would compromise my current job performance.
    `</rules>`

    `<constraints>`
    - Do not recommend any career paths outside of the automotive industry.
    - Avoid advice that involves a complete career change, as I wish to stay within my current field.
    - Do not suggest any actions that would require an excessive amount of time or financial investment, as maintaining a work-life balance is critical to me.
    `</constraints>`

To transition into an executive leadership role, it’s crucial to enhance your executive presence, which encompasses not only your communication style but also how you make decisions and manage perceptions in high-stakes situations.
Start by enrolling in a specialized executive communication workshop that hones public speaking, persuasion, and strategic decision-making.
Next, join a local Toastmasters group to practice public speaking regularly and receive constructive feedback.
Seek out a mentor within Mercedes-Benz who already holds an executive position, and schedule regular meetings to discuss their approach to communication and decision-making.
Lastly, proactively take on leadership roles in high-visibility projects to showcase your decision-making capabilities to senior management, reinforcing your readiness for an executive role.
    `</example-1>`

    `<example-2>`
Expanding your professional network beyond your current department is essential for positioning yourself for a leadership role.
Begin by identifying influential leaders in other departments at Mercedes-Benz and attend cross-departmental meetings or volunteer for projects that require interdepartmental collaboration.
This will provide you with opportunities to demonstrate your leadership skills and gain visibility. Additionally, set up informal meetings, such as coffee catch-ups, to build relationships and understand the strategic priorities of these leaders.
Attend industry conferences and leadership seminars to connect with executives outside of Mercedes-Benz.
Engage with them on LinkedIn or X, sharing insights and maintaining regular communication to build a strong network that can support your career transition into an executive role.
    `</example-2>`

    ---

    `<task>`
Based on the information provided, create a comprehensive career development plan for me. The plan should include specific, actionable steps for skill development, networking, and personal branding that will prepare me for an executive leadership role. Ensure that all recommendations align with my values and current professional context. The final advice should be clear, concise, and immediately implementable, with a focus on helping me achieve my goal within the next 1-2 years.
