What pack do you want to add?
This error occurs when the version you have is not in the list of native instrument files I think(Native Accsese) and of course R2R kontakt manager
Or maybe your file is corrupted
Try to look for an updated version of the sound bank

For me, that means I have to create a new NICNT file with a brand new UPID (Product Identifier #). I use Bobdule's Kontakt, and the included NICNT maker for the task, which allows you to create a new UPID for your new NICNT.

Delete the old NICNT, create a new one in one minute flat. R2R has one also I believe.

    Boom! You're back.

it is NOT a product id. product id still SNPID.
UPID - is part of NKX reading system.

R2R tool working ONLY with PROPER nicnt files. you CAN'T use fake UPID, you CAN'T UPID from other library.

use other tools for self-made nicnt files.

P.S. next time think better before create new thread with wrong title
    wrong title!:dont:

because kontakt has nothing to do with this problem.

My bad, I mixed up my terminology...Company/Lib Name/SNPID can be faked/replaced with Bobdule NINCT maker.

You prolly need to try Bobdule Kontakt. With Bobdule NINCT maker, if I get "No UPID available...", I just make a new fake UPID and BOOM! I'm in.

Libs I thought were broken with R2R kicked right in with Bobdule NINCT maker. As beautiful as R2R Kontakt is (I've used it), sometimes it was too rigid with some lib installs. Conversely, Bobdule's NINCT maker has unlocked/played many libraries (For me) that I couldn't get activated with R2R Kontakt.

If on Windows, make a system image backup and try Bobdule Kontakt to load your libs. Try that BD NINCT maker on those dead libs and watch. If it fails, fall back to previous system image, you're back where you started.

You should give Bobdule Kontakt a try. There's nothing wrong with the library.

    God Luck!!!
