    Hello guys!

    I was wondering if there is a way to copy automatically the instrument names from Kontakt to the midi channels names?

    It's very simple but this could save us some time, instead of copying them manually every time.
    If anyone knows something, It could be very helpfull.

    Thank you

    @Gmafia,

    Sorry i don't use MAC anymore and i usually use Fl studio now(Faster drawing board) then Bounce the tracks to Pro Tools.

    I think this process has to be done manually.

    For Example:

    Thanks Nikon

    if you are talking about the midi or instrument channel in your daw, then no. you have to name them manually. the only thing kontakt publishes to your daw is the parameter, instrument and group names for host automation, the units for host automation and channel info (stereo, mono, quantity).

    THERE IS A WAY....
    You have to make a copy of your Kontakt dll.
    Rename it to your Instrument...do this for
    all of your Instruments...
    You have to do this after every Kontakt update....

    I gave up....

    Cheers
