Hi just ordered an premium account from Katfile with their website and got instant banned.
They had the option to use paypal resellers which sell you an premium voucher.
The resellers were officially listed on their website and should work flawlessly.
Bought the Voucher via paypal and after redeeming the code my account got instant banned.
I have used this method multiple times and never had problems.

I added various screenshots to back my claims up.
Anyone an idea why I got banned?
The reseller probably was vietnamese and the prize was an average resell prize for like 31 $

 

were you connected to some sort of VPN when you tried to log in

 

No I wasn't I checked twice.
I never used an VPN while using Katfile.
I don't even see a reason for a ban since I never violated any guidelines

I highly doubt it because I got instantly banned after using the voucher .
I will try to contact their support.

 

Krapfile is a piece of shit. Any "file service" who's traffic is knowingly 99% warez oriented that would force one to remove VPN (i.e. open yourself up to be ISP/govt tracked up/downloading illegally) in order to connect to it IS a piece of shit.

Obviously this is a real security threat but as far as I know some websites started doing this because scummy people used it for uploading Gore videos and worse stuff.

Anyway short update:
My account suddenly works perfectly fine again without the ban issue.
I wrote the support an email and still haven't got an response.
They probably fixed it without writing me back
