I am looking for vst plugin or Ableton device which allows you while playing audio grab a sample in the moment you press the button and stop the audio and you can choose to play grabbed sample in loop at 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 or 1/32 of the grabbed fragment.
Also it can be midi player like that instead of audio. Instead of full note it will play in loop a different part of fragment.
You understand what I mean?

You want a looper plugin. Arturia FX Fragments is a granular one, and it is loosely inspired by the microcosm guitar pedal. There is one from Melda that is popular with people. I can't recommend any because I do not use them, they all have different features.

I use Insta Jungle to do that. It's only a 32 bit though so it needs to be bridged.. I'm also using win7, so I have no idea if it'll work with later O/S.

It also doesn't have a gui to speak of because it is OLD, just the Ableton slider controls..

The thing is. It does EXACTLY what you want, and connects up to midi devices easily.

The good news is, it's freeware so I can paste the link for anyone who wants to give it a go

Instalooper3 is supposed to be a 64bit version of that, but it's not free.

 

I saw this in the Arturia Beatstep Pro midi controller.

No problem. I'm too like old plugins and I'm bridging a lot. Also no problem of no gui. Sometimes sliders are enough.
All the Airwindows plugins are without gui and are cool. Thank you very much!

I know why you would recommend those as they have some very in depth features, but if you want just basic looping, I would see them as overkill.

 

I'm not sure if I totally get what you are looking for.

From my understanding I would use an Arpeggiator and combine it with Simpler in classic or in Slice mode.
Another way (more experimental) is to use an Arp Control combined with Granulator.
