Hello

I am looking at buying Amplitube 5 Max, but I wanted your thoughts on it first. Having used the sister site version for a while now, I have found that on some presets there is a lot of noise, which results in me having to use a noise gate.

However, looking at the most recent version of Amplitube 5, what is drawing me to it is the fact you can go onto tone.net and download other presets that people have created.

Is this worth while, I can get it from Thomas if so because I have 50 euros worth of vouchers to spend

Pretty useful I think! Amplitube was great when I demoed it (better than Guitar Rig), but I don't play guitars (except virtual ones lol), so I settled on T-Racks 5 MAX (though now trying to sell it).

 

Ah, I'd have bought it off you, but there seems to be more presets ie beatles etc on amplitube one

 

Will the legit version of amplitube 5 clash with my sister site download of modo bass?

 

I'm not sure, I think they wouldn't? Although I can't say definitively.
