that right, for un skilled composers, you see having a skill does not mean you wil compose anything decent..learning covers wont cut it, it takes years and years until you reach what you want some times, plugins only help capture a vibe..usually a skilled studio musician knows how to use them, many who dont depend on their presets..ONLY..fabfilter is great to isolating specific things, this is a tool..as a plugin it's just known. as a respected reliable plug..there are a few more eps that top theirs
