most of it is dead, never venture onto Reddit, its a botfest. the search engines no longer give useful results to most queries, they have peculiar filters that return no results until you add exactly the right keywords, then it appears. most of the news sites and discussion sites no longer appear on searchs.

fortunately i saved the Google blacklist when it appeared years ago, so i still have the URL's when i want to hear someone discussing a topical issue, that isn't a bot.

definitely. but if you remember we had the "dot com bubble" for those reasons. Companies making nothing worth "billions" of dollars market valuations based on nothing but speculation. That 60 million they already got from Google is "the big payday". It's already been online for 20 years, so it's not like there is some way they will become the next tiktok. But I guess if you want to discuss short positions, having the discussion on the same site they are short selling might be pretty convenient.
