this "medication" is nothing but poison that disables people didn't help me with asperger at all not to mention all the side effects i still have from 18 injections did you know every injection takes 232 days to leave the body? that's roughly 11 and a half years for me to be clean from this poison i'm starting to lose my mind and i don't have any hope left days and months go by and nothing changes i still don't have any strenght can't smoke weed , can't get drunk and i'm glad i didn't get Erectile Disfunction which this "medication" causes i can't believe this is still being prescribed to people it should be against human rights

 

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with it, but it's not poison for me. I'm better taking it than I was before, by a large margin.

 

Same goes for antidepressants, buddy. Absolutely ruined me, though I have thankfully mostly recovered. There's a special place in hell for most psychologists/psychiatrists/doctors, who are glorified drug dealers.

Sorry to hear you're struggling so much. Stay away from weed and alcohol though, that crap will only give temporary relief, then you'll feel far worse.

 

how did it help you ? care to elaborate ? the bad experience i'm having has happened to a lot of other people on other forums also you are taking the pill form from what i know so that could have a lot to do with it

 

i agree they are glorified drug dealers with a god complex who have no remorse or ethics when it comes to prescribing these cr*** of "medications" also most of them if not all have no idea what they are prescribing

 

I am taking the pill form. Consider also that I'm taking it for a different reason than you are. I have bipolar type 2 which, for me, is major depression for weeks or months on end. Depression, anxiety, etc. ruled my life back before Abilify. Taking Abilify changed my life.

 

ok i respect it has worked for you thank you for sharing your experience with abilify , but that doesn't change the fact that it is a burden and a poison to a lot of people that said , im still glad it got you out of depression for me on the other hand it has me on constant depression and anxiety since i can't live my life how i used to / want to

 

So important to remember this, not because of conservatism or false moralism, but because synthetic and natural drugs can trigger outbreaks in those who are prone to conditions associated with anxiety, depression, bipolarity, schizophrenia, psychosis among other psychiatric illnesses: a friend of mine who has never had any psychological problem began to consume marijuana which triggered a series of psychotic episodes. Zero problems in 36 years of life, then he started consuming THC regularly and kaboom!

Snorting cocaine and shooting it up are two ways to imbibe that drug. Shooting it up in a vein would likely kill even a long time user if it was of the same dosage. There has to be some accountability even in your country for the ones who forced the eleven injections on you and fucked you so badly so that they cannot keep on doing the same thing. Why couldn't they give you tablets to see how you fared first?

The Abilify injection lasts for a month or so as opposed to a daily tablet. One purpose is for people who aren't consistent with taking their daily medications. Of course, I don't know why Kush personally has injections.

The injection of abilify is a depot antipsychotic. The duration of action is 30 to 47 days depending on the dose.
It is unlikely that the active substance and its metabolites will be completely broken down within a maximum of 47 days. It will take a little longer, as the degradation of pharmaceuticals can rather be described with a half-life.

But I would doubt that this is still physiologically relevant.

Cocaine can be detected in the body (hair) for several months. But that as well doesn't mean anything.

p.s.: The official approval of the drug in the EU is publicly available. I have skimmed through it. It would reassure me. Of course one can also make hisself crazy if one want's to read it that way

i still don't feel any improvements i'm sure those 18 injections are still in my body and i'm sure its 232 days x 18 injections

 

The best thing you can do is to write down all of the negative effects you're feeling and talk to your doctor. Maybe it's not for you, whatever the medication there's no one size fits all magic pill that works for everybody. T

I know, I've been there and have had some pretty major side effects. But how would you fix shit if you don't talk to the prescribing doctor? And any long-term medication will take a while to work, and for your system to adjust. Not fun, but bumpy start is to be expected.

I'm sorry this happened to you, but the worst thing you can do if I'm reading you correctly (the "life without drugs" thread, and this one) is to discontinue Abilify without consulting a doctor. And for the love of goddess, do not self medicate with other drugs.

 

Actually i'm 3 months off my psychiatrist says i don't need them anymore but she doesn't know shit about the injections and their side effects or when i will be able to live a normal life if ever
