It is run and compiled under Sonoma ! I have been running it myself on Sonoma 14.2 Intel and 14.2.1 M3, so it certainly works for me

Thanks so much for this @Fred Bloggs! One thing to note though regarding the weird Arturia, Waves, iZotope, etc, appearing as libraries is that adding an exception to "Waves" for example works fine, but if you try adding one for "Arturia" KLU says it doesn't exist in Service Center, so I dunno how they ended up being listed to begin with :/

Just thought of mentioning this since you mentioned in another comment that you're working on a much more targeted search

I may release an intermediate version that fixes all that sort of thing using a different method and (probably) eliminating the need for exceptions entirely ! That part is actually ready to release now. What's holding me up is adding the batch library processing which is trickier than I had foreseen.

I was trying the last version. I found some text of the menus in French.
For the rest is working right. Now it wellcomes you with a popup with your username, and some text about not accessing your key...
And sometimes you have to select a library twice to install be able to click on.
Also would be nice if the slector keep the folder presaved when you open a new library. I don't know if you understand what i mean.

So I know it's possible to add/change a wallpaper for a library in the rack view. However, I wonder if there is a possibility to add/change the wallpaper for a library in the Library browser tab? If not, do you think this might be a feature you'd be able to add in the future?

Edit: When I click on the Select/Change Library button on the utilities tab, I see my finder window in French. For example I see Bureau instead of Desktop on the sidebar.

 

Errrr… are you talking about Kontakt itself here ? I have no control over that !
You can change a wallpaper in the NICNT utilities window in KLU.
If that's not what you're asking, then I'm afraid I misunderstood you

 

Strange about the French !? Could you tell me exactly which menu please… KLU actually has no French in it at all, so it's either a system bug, or my compiler messing up !
The "some text about not accessing your key..." is actually just to remind you if you have stored your admin password in Keychain or not !

As I said to @Choosename, it's really strange about the French appearing. I shall re-boot on an English system and try to reproduce the French bugs !! I'll keep you posted…

 

The french is on the upper menu of the app, at the top of the screen. But also on windows, when you want to select a library instead of cancel it says: detacheur or something like that.

(write a me a DM if you want more details)

-When you want to add a new library, there is a pop up window, in this window you have to go, select hard drive, folfer, folder, subfolder...
And next time you open a new library, again the same. Why it dont keep the libraries folder instead on the pop up window (finder)? or the last folder you open, something to not to be surfing all the folders all the time, until you reach the library.

Thanks for that. I have just changed to an English System and I am getting that same thing when using the "Select a Library button" ! It seems to come from my compiler as I've tried re-compiling the version I'm working on the English system, and it's not happening anymore ! I also have the same as @Londoner and also the "Undo" item of the "Edit" menu in French ! They all disappear when I re-compile on an English system. Very odd!
I'm finishing work on the "batch install" routines at the moment, and will release another update fairly soon. I will compile it on an English system, and hopefully the French bits will disappear .

 

Thanks for the latest version of KLU 2.1.0 Testing it and no issue with Kontakt 7.8 running macOS Sonoma 14.3. Hope to get an English MacOS Interface instead of French. The path to Shared was named Partage on the app interface when we are selecting path to adding libraries via NINCT utilities. Here is the screenshot of what I meant. Thanks again for such a wonderful software with documentation to guide us how to use this

Sorry, probably should have been a little clearer. In my attached screenshot you can see that the Alicia's Keys library does not have a wallpaper/icon like every other library. Instead it's just a folder icon. Would it be possible to add a feature where we can customize this?

 

Ah ! I see. Documents page 10 "Last (but not least!) concerning wallpapers…" etc. These secondary wallpapers are a bit of a mystery, when it comes to adding them after. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't !I'm still trying to work out the subtleties ! As it happens, KLU did it fine for me with Alicias Keys. It even appeared in K7 immediately after I created it in KLU and whilst K7 was running !

I can tell you for MAC.

You need to Create a MST_logo.png
and all the other files. MST_artwork.png size f.exp. is 134 × 66 px

Download the Example Files from this PAge and write down the Pixel Sizes for each Logo or Artwork File.

Then create a Stencil in a Graphic Programm of your choice.

Then you have to save it in /Users/Shared/NI Resources/image/Alicias Keys. for example.

Look up in that folder ---> there you can See how it goes and how it has to be.
