Just verified both the LEMON VST2x64 and the AAX plugin @96Khz with presets working fine using the supplied fix.

    THX Lokster & Lorez!!

Unless you're doing something wacky with symlinks re: the COMMON files, you should have a "LEMON" folder for each plugin type VST2x64, VST3 (if you use them since the AA vst3's are just VST2 in a wrapper), and the AAX. The "COMMON" folder contents are required for each plugin type as well as the plugin folder contents...

If someone could maybe post a link for the "fixed" XML files on sister site to make things easier for others would be much appreciated because for now my time is up :guru:

All warez are like this, about people not commenting. The majority of downloaders only really comment to complain, ask for more stuff, or say thanks. And the "thanks button" gets rid of most of that. "Serious users" usually say nothing at all about downloading stuff, even though they all do. And the "legit users" who complain about releases is because they are an elitist's "secret weapon" that was paid for only with the intention of having it be the one thing they buy which sets them apart from everyone else. And it happened to get cracked.

For users who are not "head over heels" with Acustica plugins; there are many valid reasons they may not like the plugins. I have not seen any of those people complain about R2R releasing any, or more of; them. You can delete them just like anything else.

On topic, my install of Lemon (if I had one) might theoretically not have worked and I might not have bothered to try and fix it because, whatever, it's a delay. Is it worth it in anyone's opinion to get it working?

And a giant behemoth of a delay at that... As far as the working part, it's another tool in the box.

It does work.. The fix provided was just for the presets and I absolutely think its worth it to have in the tool box its the best and most versatile sounding delay I have right now and there's so much packed into its crazy. CPU is not a problem for me seeing as I use Reaper! But I would probably still use LEMON very sparingly and probably print those tracks im using it on like for vocal throws and things of that nature

IMO it's one of the best sounding compared to few other delays I have, I didn't really side by side compare them except for D16 Repeater, must say it's huge, with tons of vibe and stuff. The Repeater feel light and airy sounding, while LEMON comes with tons of weight and density in the sound. I remember how my fav delays sound like so can't say LEMON isn't better sounding. It's really good. It's just I can't fit it in my huge templates for CPU reason alone. Have to run it 2x and it's time consuming to dial it up one by one. The addition of presets really helps as a good starting point. Could worth the hassle if you're anal about delays. Sometimes when you know a vocal is real money and maybe you want to throw kitchen sink, everything at it, this probably should be one the list. Might want to print the FX return right away after. Apart from that, it's too resource hungry atleast here on my system and my template workflow that have 8 delays and a million reverbs going on at the same time.

Lemon is also a distortion plugin with huge sound design and reamp capabilities. Don't sleep on that.

This trend of people deliberately going for the non-Hyper AA tools to craft certain sounds made me think of a hilarious thing. In a couple years time we could end up in a situation where everyone collects "vintage" Acustica products before they switched to whatever Ultra-Super-Hyper AI Enhanced thing that will be current by then, because it hilariously just made everything way too perfect for people's ears and they find themselves craving that true, blurry, warm and delicious sound of early Nebula releases by Henry Olonga.

Try Violet CM plugin if you find any humor in this.

Violet's the perfect example. I had gotten the legit "full" version not the CM but still, always thought it just sounded better than a lot of the new and hyped compressors, super cute one from early Acustica. If I recall right, there's not much difference between the "full" and the CM, maybe more sample rates.

I don't know how to test whether AERO can be used on the 48kHz without OS or not. The nature of the curve make it impossible to compare. The distortion is surprisingly dynamic and sounds so fucking alive. The most CPU hungry AA plugin bundle so far. :woot:

Need help with this one. Anyone with legit version can you please download R2R version and then compare to see if all the files are presents or it has additional files.

    NEED CONFIRMATION :

    a) It appears that AERO when running at 48kHz, changing the quality mode from LO to HI will make the sound drastically changed while running at 2X OS at 48kHz, changing the quality mode won't change the sound that much, but you can hear improvement.

    b) need to make sure I'm not tripping because it could be at 2X OS maybe the HI quality mode isn't doing much because it's already at 96kHz. It's unlikely because old non-Hyper AA plugins that has onboard Oversampling don't behave that way. Need to confirm it.

After discussing around I can confirm that the frameworks + the plugins are cross-compatible.
If you want to install R2R framework, do not open, or uninstall, Aquarius.
People love to gatekeep, I think it is against human nature not to gatekeep.
These Acustica Audio plugins are amazing, most of it is worth using.
There is not one specific I can recommend, I think there can be a use for any of them, it really depends on the material you are working on. To my ears Ivory EQ is probably one of the more lackluster EQs, but for some the comps can be useful possibly.

The only shame is how much CPU they tend to use, especially as you go into non-hyper Acquas. The newer plugins have better performance usually. Some plugins also do not have an instant response, but other than some problems, the sound is top-tier. Definitely one of my favorite plugin devs. In no order, some include DMG, PSP, TBProAudio, Tone Projects, Softube, and more...
This has been happening and continues to happen. There are still many hardcore Nebula users. VVKT has a certain sound and the core improvements of the tech has left a digital footprint that can be heard as you dig farther into the past.

It is a fun thing to do for some, but whether it is worth the time or not is hard to say.
Maybe, if you are an engineer, but not so much if you are a music maker.
You can do everything and more with what R2R has given. I think Nebula is cool but I like the Acqua workflow more.

Azzimov skins for Nebula would be the exception... But this point still stands:

You can do everything and more with what R2R has given.
I am not a legit user, but looking at the files it does look like that 48 + 88 sample rates are missing. This is not a newer generation AA plugin so it does not support all sample rates in the trial. Try 96 and compare to 48 if possible.

Anybody want to explain wtf the M does on TigerMast? I checked the manual and couldn't find it

Also, in response to Unisum comments, Unisum would be the best, only caveat is the sidechain filter options are lacking.

While LEMON is weird to use, it's not that versatile and the sheer amount of lag and CPU usage tend to kill any creativity or will to experiment, I've found one specific use for it: it has one of few convincig analog/BBD I've heard in a plugin. I won't use any of its 2136182736821 digital settings, and there are plenty great tape delays from other brands, but I love what a couple of short, lightly panned Memory-Man-emulation do to the body and stereo image of an instrument.

Then again, the Bucket-500 by Fuse Audio is not half-bad either, and you can use it without having to consolidate the track every 5 minutes
