Could you share the Axe i/o solo software with me, please? Appreciate you!
I just got the same sucker punch from IK Multimedia after buying a used AXE I/O Solo audio interface. The cheater-seller told me that the serial number for registration is printed on the bottom of the product. I shouldn't trust that guy so easily. I had to check all the background before buying IK stuff.

 

Hello everyone, I'm in the same boat as the others. I bought a used AXE I/O Solo and didn't have any luck with IK support. It's good for nothing as it is now. Could some good person give me the drivers?

Hi, I'm in the same position. Bought a secondhand Axe Solo to use as a small cheap recording option only to find this ridiculous situation with drivers. My main rig is based around an RME Digiface and ADI-2 FS converter. Going from the wonderful RME commitment to drivers for old products to IK hiding away drivers for new products is quite quite mental.

If you could send me a link to the driver, I would be most grateful

 

Yeah sure.....see yer pm. And yeah, HUGE difference between RME quality AND support &
IK. They blow chunks. I swear I'll never buy another bit of their hardware. Of course, I'd
already said that before I got the "great deal" on the AXE I/O.......LOL!!

 

It's funny because I like their hardware. They do some genuinely good stuff. Support though is just odd. Thanks for the PM. Really appreciate it

 

Some of the hardware IS really good. The original Stomp I/O, (not the current one that needs an iPad),
was a well designed, sturdy and very functional controller but it ONLY worked for Amplitube 2.
Likewise the Stealth Pedal was also a great bit of kit but it ONLY worked with Amplitube 3.
Sorry, but a lifecycle that short and a total lack of support is a waste of money. I still have
a Stealth Pedal.....it makes a nice doorstop in my studio. Even the AXE has been out for
quite some time without any driver updates,

One the other hand look at NI's Rig Kontrol pedal. It worked all the way up until GR6.
I stiil use me mine with GR5...and I can still download the drivers if I need to.

Count me as another person who had enough faith in humanity to purchase a used Axe I/O Solo and assume that drivers would be readily downloadable. Can anyone share the AXE I/O Solo drivers for windows with me?
