Make sure the names of the folders are correct. I’m away from my computer so I csnt check the sample, preset and nks folder names for those releases

 

Friends, there was a comment in the post of Sound of the 70s, which has been completely deleted
I remember it was written there that how to install the pack, now I have two problems
1: Logo pack photo is not shown in Nexus
2: pack does not appear in the list of expansions, it appears in the folder section
How do I fix this?

 

@verwest either download the svg pic of the library from REFX or use the one included w/the release. Then place it in your user directory at C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\reFX\cloud\cache\images

 

I downloaded it and put it in that path, but it still didn't show

I put both of them

 

Make sure your names for file folders match the legit name of the library. Including the svg. Sound_of_the_70s_1700760554.svg is the wrong name.

Preview of the presets doesn't work for me. It is switched on. It only works with XP Sounds of the 70s.

Question, i put some old custom old nexus 2 presets in the presets folders. And yessss they work in nexus 4.5. Can make a preview file to save every single preset.... this is a lot of work. Is there a workaround to automate the preview sound files? Thank you in advance.

I found the solution. The folders were named “previews”. However, “.previews” is correct. I renamed these folders, now it works.

 

you put the presets in the wrong folder
It should be:
Nexus Content\Presets
For the "presets"

and NKS:
Nexus Content\NKS

For the "samples"
Nexus Content\Samples

 

It should be like this

And not in the separate category

This is likely due to the preset using a soundsources from another library i.e Dance2

 

so how should we proceed? I have the same problem with some libraries, everything else works for me

 

Once you install all 227 GB xp's, you won't have any problems.

Hi, I have an issue with Nexus 4.5 Mac OS installed with almost all the XP's available. The first time I start the computer and then logic, even in an empty project, nexus takes more than 3 minutes to appear (it seems to scan all the installed libraries). If I load other projects or close and reopen logic later it always starts instantly until the next Mac reboot (Monterey - Logic 10.7.9). Is there perhaps some option to set to avoid this behavior? This didn't happen with Nexus 3. Thank you
