Can someone please write down the steps on how I or anybody else can write a message to R2R too?

 

Put in search bar on the sister site:
"R2R Encryptor The Suppliers Tools"

Download pack from the post.

Make a folder containing installer of your software then right click -> Add to archive in WinRAR
put safe password and compress into *.rar

Upload pack with your software into file hosting with long date.
Also Make Mirror. So upload into at least two places.
For example Rapidgator, Katfile or Mediafire.
Copy links.

Open text editor and write short description about Software, put homepage.
Then put your serial key for the software and password for the pack containing software.
Then paste links from file hostings.
Use "R2R Encryptor The Suppliers Tools" to encrypt the message.
Now you can copy the result, create thread here and paste it.
