Hi there in Avenger you can load single cycle waveforms and manipulate using Avengers OSC Shape functions I am wondering are there any other VST's that can do this with single cycle waveforms?

Forgive my ignorance, but wouldn't Serum and Phaseplant would be exactly what you're looking for with single-wave waveforms?
You could play C0 and export it into pretty much any synth.

 

I am not similar with those synths. Can it do something similar to Avengers Osc Shape function though?

 

Maybe all of the wavetable synths?

 

Spire have a similar functions for its oscillators. Not as complex, but you can easily manipulate single cycle wave forms with them.

Also Parawave Rapid offer a good number of waveform shaping for its oscillators.

Phaseplant allows this too, but you have to patch I yourself adding other oscs and envelopes to modulate the main one, like with any modular synth.
