Hello

I have just downloaded the Arturia Soundbanks bundle 2023.12 for Mac and it seems to have done something to my GUI on all Arturia plugins. When I load an instrument up it just comes up with this, has anyone else had this issue?

I downloaded one of the latest-version instruments from the page where all of Arturia's instruments, effects and firmware can be downloaded:

- and found the same thing, in both the standalone and AU. (I'm on Ventura, 2017 iMac.)

The instruments cite the minimum OS version for each on the left, but I'm wondering whether the developers had been using either Sonoma and/or a Silicon Mac for coding and testing these latest versions. If they purport to run on 10.13, they ought to, or Arturia has messed-up.

 

Same here on intel Mac Ventura ,can see the xml gui file its asking for at my end in the folder, but not sure what to do

 

All of those plugins work on my machine (Intel, Ventura)... prior to patching. After being patched, the GUI error appears. The general consensus I read at the sister site is that we need a better patch.

 

Ok , makes sense. tried to look in the cmd file but nothing sticks out, might just need brand new patch. looks like it works as I can hear audio test on standalone, but yeah gui messed up with ,on mine anyway gui xml message. Hope for a new patch or hope it can be worked out.

 

I am downloading 2023.7 soundbanks, which version of arturia plugins do I need to get this to work again?

 

I'd neglected to notice that OP had referred to the Soundbanks bundle - a different thing altogether - but I wonder whether they're somehow related.

 

Its cool. I was also looking for any clues for my prob.As on Mac the presets are in the same folder as the xml file error im getting . so might, might not be related more info the better.i thought it might be permissions on folder also ,tried that but no luck
