But where is the product code?
That is the only question we all are asking!
Where do we find it to put in the box to generate the license?
Please explain in simple terms on behalf of all of us who are trying to figure this out.

 

I followed the R2R instructions above but I might have an old instrument set requiring an old keygen / software pass?

The zip file I downloaded that has these Korg instruments is titled R2R_Audio_Software_collection_2020.01.01_KORG_DUNE_U-he_Zebra_GlissEQ

in this zip file is what appears to be an incomplete zip file titled “TEAM.R2R.KORG.Software pass.Emulator.v1.0.0-R2R” and seems to be R2R’s software pass and keygen (only a .txt and .save file included). Since it was incomplete I googled for R2R’s latest software pass / keygen and came up with 1.2.4.

Maybe I need an old version of pass and keygen?

 

Guess I’m hoping with an older pass and keygen the product code requirement will go away because I’m stuck without one

 

All those files ^ should be deleted. You should be using this: KORG.Software.Pass.v1.2.4.WIN.MAC.Incl.Keygen-R2R

You need to copy the Locking Code to clipboard, or normally. Then go to the keygen. Make sure the kg is set to Korg Collection 4. Paste your locking code into kg.




Generate the Auth Code on the KG. Paste it back into this @ License Code. And then you will see this. Then Close it. Then install your synths. Not from Software Pass. You have to download them separately because they are patched to work this way.

I'm spending more time on software f**k-ups than music.
Time to stick with my hardware for a while so I can actually accomplish some music.
The whole point of software seems to be to destroy the creative impulse with its constant fails.

Probably not. The only difference is with that one you do not need to disable your network cards so the Offline Installer process will start. It will look like screenshots above.

That is not an R2R release. That is something someone re-packed.

 

I have the folder rev you mention for pass and keygen 1.2.4. So I’m good there. I reached that screen and selected collection 4. So good so far. I have noticed that lock code and license code are always the same.

after I enter the keygen then I get the successful Korg Id registration window and can either close the window or click ok. I’ve done both but I’m locked out of the stand-alone instrument and cubase sticks all of these on the blocklist for either not being a valid plugin or not successfully activating. Can’t think what else to do except uninstalling all of the instruments and trying again.

 

ok, that’s probably why the pass and keygen zip file didn’t have any exe files because someone repacked them and maybe missed them. Hmmm… I haven’t run across the same audio collection elsewhere. Any sites I can try to get R2Rs release?

 

Sister Site. check private messages. When you install synths from Collection 4 from R2R the synths are patched to work this way. You should not be asked for a product code at all.

R2R 1.2.4 Software Pass updates to 1.2.7 and asks for product code.
I have no messages to read on sister site.
I'd just buy the software legitimately but I wouldn't pay more than $50 for it.

 

All I can do is try to help. I don't need the additional commentary. If it updates, that is because you let it update.

The TCD software pass didn't need internet deactivated but the R2r must so I will try to reinstall the R2R Pass and do this with the internet disabled.
I'm a senior approaching 70 and get confused and frustrated easily.
Please be patient with me.

 

It's all good. But you mention disabling the internet, and that is not what they mean. You need to actually disable the Network Interface Card in Windows. It doesn't seem to care about wireless interfaces on Mac anyway, as long as the wifi is disconnected. Here are instructions for Windows 10, other windows versions should be very close to the same.

they want it to be even off your own networks to verify that you actually need to use an Offline Authorization method. they know this is how many programs are cracked to work, instead of using the online web authorization that can actually validate the data server-side.


Windows 10:

Click Network and Internet. Click Network and Sharing Center. On the left, click Change adapter settings. Right-click the NIC that you would like to disable and select Disable.

 

Suggest to forget "pass". Grab the
"KORG.Collection.4.04.2023.R2R-RET.
