Soundtoys how to transfer to new Mac M2

    Hi,
    I had an old Mac Mini which has died.
    I had a legit version of Decapitator running.on it.
    I have just downloaded the installer from the Soundtoys site. When I try to register it with my serial number it tells me it's not valid.
    Any ideas how to get this sorted?
    I opened a ticket with support but they have not replied.
    The purchases show in both Soundtoys and on my iLok.

    I had a similar problem, but I did the transfer on windows :yes:

    just drop a message to their support.
    They will deactivate the old machine & then you'll be able to activate it on your new Mac.
    (Ive did it twice already)
