Hey everyone!
I have Minilab 3 by Arturia and I have problem with pitch bend in plugins in FL Studio (Kontakt, Omnisphere, etc)
Idk why but the pitch bend on my midi works only in range ±2 semitones. When I wanna pitch Evolution Infinity lead guitar in Kontakt I set pitch range to 20 in Kontakt settings but when I raise the pitch bend on my midi, the lead guitar pitches on 2 semitones max (only +200 cents) but it should be +2000
Does anyone know if this can be fixed or this pitch range is built into this keyboard by default?

 

I don't know why things such as CC64 (sustain pedal) isn't the default for every instrument so that I must do it manually...or why I must raise the pitch bend up 12 tones in the wrapper so that what the range chosen on the vsti is what can be played.

 

You should be able to look in your DAW software, or a MIDI Monitor program like MidiOX and see what pitchbend data is being sent out by the controller. The problem is either in the controllers settings or it is not working correctly (bwoken). If it is just the controller having an issue, look up the Factory Reset function for your Minilab. I would just do that procedure first, actually. it will be fastest option:

4.10. Factory Reset  ! This procedure will erase all user presets and device settings and restore them to factory defaults. Use the MIDI Control Center software to back up your changes first. To reset the MiniLab 3 to its original factory settings: 1. Unplug the USB-C cable from the back of the keyboard. 2. Hold down the Oct- and Oct+ buttons. 3. Plug the USB-C cable back in and continue to hold the buttons until the pads turn on. The screen displays Factory Reset, and then the MiniLab 3 starts its bootsequence.

 

Check the pitch bend range in the plugin wrapper, which is on the top right right next to the knob, change it to what u need. Check the vid.

 

They still use the Fruity Wrapper for every plugin? damn. Another way to verify it is the wrapper/host and not the controller; is to try the same thing with standalone Kontakt or Omnisphere if you have them installed too.
