its winrar....i checked properties its shown as .rar its 4 files 4gb each

 

Check if you have the latest winrar version. Sometimes it gives strange error message, while the only problem is the version.

i checked with latest but still same error

The download possibly never finished copying to your HDD. If using firefox, you may need to go to download manager, right click on the download and allow that download to finish copying to your HDD. It's a malware security measure.

 

If this is the type of problem and if your suggestion does not fix it; a follow-up step can be to manually scan it with your av/anti-malware. There is a Repair Archive function in Winrar you can try, but I have never seen it actually fix anything. On Mac, this rarely happens with anything but actually corrupted files; but the solution is almost always to use The Unarchiver instead of using Keka (which is what most people prefer to use). Is there a good alternative extractor you could try instead of Winrar?
