I create some time ago with studio one 6 pro DEMO some songs, and now i cant enter them anymore, i own studio one artist 5. So i recur to the sister site and i tried the last from R2R version of S16, but dud at virustotal its says its kind of loaded x_x.

If you been there for while you should know that It's false alert as always.

Funny no one reads what that 'red flags' in fact say, like: application.generic.ABC.123 (???), Risk.ABCDE.12345, Win.Keygen.LALALa (yess, damn sure it is!), PUA.Keygen (potentially??), PUP...

Jeeezz, making AVs has to be one of the easiest money grabs in existance, love the 'application.generic'

Not saying you can't possibly catch one, but CEOs must be laughing their asses off prob using chatGPT to invent those names

 

And they do not notice the website say "No sandboxes flagged this file as malicious". Some detections show Keygen, as well as the "generic" results. All are reasons to expect it to be nothing but a false positive.

The problem with outright ignoring something like this though, is that it becomes normal or accepted to see such result. People accepting files as "ok" because they are so used to seeing false positives, would make that sort of file a tempting one to melt something else into.

I hope you didn't misunderstand.. I wasn't saying you were ignorant or something. You are just a confused 'user', and so am I. I was using Virustotal when there were a couple of AVs and then maybe researched more. Now that info is IMO mostly useless and as clone said potentially dangerous, bc of us becoming immune to any red flags
