If i uninstall Waves will i lose IR library etc?

    Hey guys,

    Im going to update to 17 today from 15.. i usually do uninstall and fresh install but i cant remember how it affects settings, presets and IR library? My ir library has some custom stuff so i dont know if ill lose that do you? thanks

    Also Q Clone presets etc

    just copy the IR folder and keep it safe just in case

    I will do but does it get lost. i cant remember but I dont think so right?

    You will definetly loose your IRs if you reinstall Waves. As stated above, simply copy them to your external HD or elsewhere. All you have to do afterwards,
    is to drag the IRs and preset folders (in case you're using e.g. 3rd party IRs like Bricasti...) back into the Waves IR1Impulses V2 folder. That's all.
