    It's free and it is (for now) for AMD Graphics cards.

    It's a video frame rate converter for AMD hardware GPU. Instead of software, it uses hardware for FRC. What is it useful for? Aside from playing videos and games, I'm not sure.

    Oh and thanks, now I see, motion interpolation. Cool.

    Yes, it's free ! That is what it's all about.
    Nowdays in telvisions, you have hardware Frame Rate Compensation.
    This one is also not so hard on the Watts.
    With other words.
    This one is verry nice on the GPU.
    You have othersm but they suck the GPU too much.
    This one is friendly and does the job.
