My overall theory: porn has become way too accessible. So many male adolescents and young men watch it way too much. Their natural instinct to pursuit relationship / intercourse with women decreases, since they have a sort of substitute (at least sexually) and they are also constantly in a low dopamine / low testosterone state due to constant overstimulation and releasing too frequently.

Phil Zimbardo has come to similar conclusions in his book "Demise of Guys" (there is a summary by him on Youtube), where he argues that women have taken the pole position from men in many domains, such as academic achievements, due to men being more vulnerable to the pitfalls of the digital age.
