We've listened to feedback from the forums and made it happen. Try the free Daking Compression profile and see how analog plugins really should sound on drums ;-)

To use the files simply install the files into a folder of your choice and then install the Proteus plugin on your computer.

Known issues: Proteus does not work at 96k


Load the Proteus plugin in your DAW of choice and then click "Load Profile" and browse to your folder where you have downloaded and saved the AnalogXAi profiles.

On opening Proteus plugin in your DAW please ensure that you switch the IR Switch to the left, (it defaults to the off position) otherwise you will get a weird sound.

Geoff Daking makes great gear. I use his Mic Pre One and wouldn't ever part with it, but this is just an IR to plug into software.

 

And the website says it's a free "trial," with no explanation as to what that means. So does it stop working after a while?
