But yeah, my point was exactly that : amphetamines only help you for sleep deprivation (and dehydration, and starving, and paranoia, and jaw clenching, and sweating profusely. You know, good ole fun).
And yeah, it's unhealthy, and I wouldn't advise it to anyone.
But when you push your body that hard, really strange things are bound to happen.
I've never had a stimulant psychosis, never talked to shadow people, never became violent etc. I just stayed up two, three, four nights playing music, and some of those nights I would experience weirdness to a degree I didn't think was possible.

I don't miss it to be honest, but I'm glad I've experienced it. A totally different way of seeing how infinite the mind is.

I feel you... I'm sorry none of them worked for you. Everything you wrote feels so me and I like how much you can explain yourself tho. Did writing here and talking about these helped? or is it useless? I don't know it is because talking here or something else, I had a great progress on my project and I feel happy for today If only I can do this constantly everyday. I am more like if "I work hard enough I can be successful" phase in my life today.
