I try to install a library in Kontakt, but everytime i get the message error the native access need to be installed. So i downloaded Native Access 2 but it want me to create an account to start the tool. So i made the account. started the tool but still the same error -.- is there any fix for this or did installed the kontakt 7 player wrong?

 

If the library is not from Native Instruments, you should add the serial from the Native Access app.
Click on the "+ Add Serial" and enter the serial of the library.
If the library is from Native instruments, it should be linked to your account automatically and can then be installed from the Native Access app.

 

For such an answer i would ask on the official Native Instruments Forum.

Well, if you use official Kontakt player and install official Native Access, it looks like you are using the official tools, maybe you have to use the proper Kontakt version.
