Image-Line developers working on the modern interface update FL Studio. It is not clear which version will get a new version (Best Music Software) FL. Beta version get number 11.5.8 and later in the final version get number 12. For a long time we did not see changes in the program's shell . Modern the new interface seems a little confusion and it is possible that will you need study it, even those specialists series FL 10 ->>>11. Below are screenshots and short video . There is information that is already available to beta for Premium users ... Who is already testing , please write a list of changes , I will add it to the header...

OK Peoples) Good news for you)) Image-Line upload new FL Studio 12 (Only Alpha Version with number Build 11.5.8)

    How to install?
    1. Download the installer (version 11.5.8 | ~320MB)
    2. run it and follow instructions

It will install, by default, to a new folder on your computer. DO NOT install it to your FL Studio 11 folder!

    What to test

We're mostly looking for feedback about some of the major changes in workflow that have been made so far. So please try it out and let us know what you think of how it works.
We're not really looking for bug reports, at this time. If you do want to report a bug, please post them in a separate thread in this forum.

    Disclaimer
This is not a finished version of the program, it's not even a beta version. There will be lots of problems and bugs and it may not be compatible with the final version at all. A lot of things haven't been changed yet.

If you don't think you can handle this, please don't install this alpha version and wait for the beta version or the final version of FL 12.

Sure that the load on the PC will be large, with 11 version and so the performance problems

They need to do like in Ableton Live choice of colors shell, dark already under tired ..

The new "skin" is better than the old one, but it's not a big deal...

I was hoping a major overhaul in the interface, maybe a "one window approach" (I'm tired of windows on top of each other... and yes, I heard of the new snap system, but it's not the same thing), and like Catalyst said, a better Mixer...

    Among other things...

You're right, but also need stability, worked on the project and noticed frequent crashes

im was hardcore user from 2003-2008 and its amazing how they improved the FL studio from that.

and i was always happy with the mixer. windows docking would be an awesome feature to have in FL. i agree all those windows are really a bit getting on my nerves.
not to mention the weak audio only workflow, its really hard to cut, wrap, etc with FL.
not to mention to terrible long way to get a freezed channel, in all other daws with freeze it takes likes a few clicks to get a freezed channel and again a few to unfreeze and tweak.

the vector GUI is huge step for them and im really looking forward what they have new in v12.

I hope they will make you drag and drop fx on the mixer.. from your browser, and that its vendor, folder, list based like studio-one.
I think how it works now is really bit outdated. And what mentioned before, the mixer. Please you cant get an overall view on wich fx is on what mixertrack. really like see to that.

There's no screenshots with the mixer window? I'm curios though. :dunno:

Sometimes stability problems are caused by the plugins and not by the daw itself, that's why Bitwig implemented a special bridge between plugins and daw, so when a plugin crash, the daw it keeps running safe.

Freeze channels is just one of the features you get with a normal mixer. That was one of my top complaints as well, also their horrid VST menu system. I just don't like it compared to something like Studio One or maybe the new BitWig. I really like their MIDI editor though.
