Hello, my name is Kevin. I have Analog Lab V 5.6 with Arturia Synths Collection 2023. My pc is a i5 4690, 8GB ram, SSD 500GB, AMD HD 5770 1GB, Windows 10 updated. I have a problem when I try to load some presets from banks that I downloaded. They are specific presets from external banks (most presets of this banks works except these) and I noticed that most of them are made with an old version of Prophet (when it just called like that, before Arturia updated it and they called it Prophet-5 V). The same issue happens with some presets from CS-80 and Jup-8, and I guess because the new version of this plugins are V4, and the presets were made with V3 version (I can't assure you, however I suppose that. I say this because some time ago I had this version of the plugins, and when I updated Arturia, old versions stopped wroking). The other strange matter that happens is in the same bank, presets that was made with CS-80 and Jup-8 open (and it's confusing because, as I said, there are some presets that doesn't work with the same instruments and the same bank). It should also be noted that none of those were made with old Prophet version work. If there's someone who knows how to solve this, I would feel very grateful.

I don't know, exactly; because I am a Mac only user (and not much Arturia). However, I think the answer to your problems is to use Revo Uninstaller to remove any Arturia instruments, and a little manual searching your hd to ensure all files are gone. Then I would cleanly reinstall the latest version that will work with your OS version. But first I would check to make sure old plugin versions in your existing project will not be replaced by versions of them which will not automatically be changed correctly. Or you might be stuck having to reload instances with the newer versions, and any settings and presets may no longer correspond with the ones specifically referenced in your project.

Things like this often happen by installing updates without removing the old version first. A clean and current installation will actually be less time and effort to fix.

The way to solve this error is installing old versions of this arturia instruments, in the new version of the v collection, CS-8, Prophet and Jup-8 have a newer version (CS-80 V4, Jup-8 V4 and Prophet-5). The presets that don't work only work with CS-80 V3, Jup-8 V3 and Prophet V3. I already installed Prophet V3 and CS-80 V3 and now presets work well (obviusly, only are working those that are included in the list of this instruments). I only have to install Jup-8 V3 for the other presets wich are included in the list of this instrument.
Also, it should be clarified, if in the installation of this old plugins appears an error wich says "El sistema no puede resolver el nombre del archivo", you must go to Arturia data folder in appdata and delete a shorcut wich is created by the installer, just delete it and create a folder with the name of the shorcut, for example: if you are installing Jup-8 V3, the shorcut will have this name, you only have to delete the shorcut and create a folder with that name.
