Just redo your PC, it's probably over cluttered with redundant files. it will take a lot less time than troubleshooting for days on end.

PS. Since most people know for that obfuscation so his installers can not be unpacked from ordinary users and HEX editor is helper, still I don't se point doing that from his side (Team VR).

 

try installing with WinPE. it worked for me on some cracks. both Vr and R2R are giving me memory problems.

 

uninstall Izotope , manually remove all the file from VST2 VST3 ...etc
open Windows Registry
search Izotope remove all which you find , then install it again

the problem is "simple".
some processess "use and LOCK" temp folder. process like "svchost or programs"

The "startup programs" can be tricky to load at ANY boot because programs like RIVA TUNER or MSI Afterburner, epic games store, Steam, (HWINFO - but expecially riva tuner and Msi stuff)...
CAN FOR SURE... lock temp folder. this have nothing to do with Pending windows installers or windows updates. it's a simple "locked folder by a process".

i can say you that is , for sure, a startup program that causes the issues.
try to CLOSE this apps one by one and you resolve your issues.

this has nothing to do with ( this ) issues.
it is a simple "folder locked by a process from SYSTEM NT AUTHORITY". it's not possible in ANY WAY unlock a folder locked by ( OS ).
no windows updates , no windows installers, no decripted .MSI or other installation packages even completely decrypted. A locked folder is a locked folder.
the issues has nothing to do with Virtual Memory, paging size, RAM or OS Version.

I'm getting the same "Out of Memory" error on V.R. Arturia releases on a fresh install of Win 11... Anyone figured out what causes this?

FIXED: Closed Explorer. exe & installer was able to complete.... Odd.

for #1. the machine is on the internet - first mistake.
#2. you have this thing doing updates? That is the second road to pitfall city with all mickeysoft OS's.
#3. is the MS malware/virus junk turned on? or third party equivalents? If yes to either, turn that junk off
#4. check your start up for any kinds of installed "goodies" that do not need to be there.
#5. When you ran successful installs on your "other win x64 machine", is that test machine exposed to the internet?
#6. take a run thru your services panel and shut OFF all stuff that doesn't apply - keep re-trying your install each time
#7. get the crud cleaner and run it - retry installs
#8. do a complete backup image of your current build on that box - then completely flatten and rebuild it
DO NOT CONNECT IT TO THE INTERNET and turn of all the garbage that is turned on by MS by default. Re-try the installs

If you're having file locking or "security" issues install the windows tweaker and enable the context menu item with the shell script that TAKES OWNERSHIP of locked folders and files and returns control to YOU the user. Among a lot of other things... The windows 10 privacy tweaker is also highly recommended to stop telemetry and other garbage from wasting processor time.

Guess I spoke too soon... Same "Out of memory" error again with recent V.R. Arturia FX Collection. Closing Explorer.exe didn't work this time.. I dont see any updates available on my system... Any other tips fellas?

FIXED: Disabled all non WIndows services... Re-enabled after install.... Jeesh

Based on @Tremendus post (which makes sense to me), I'd say your best bet is to reboot to hopefully release any file locks, and then shut down literally anything that is running (apps or background stuff) that isn't 100% necessary to ensure nothing else is potentially trying to lock a file... Then try again.

It happens to me even with R2R. I boot my computer with WinPE and install the program, then manually extract the parts and restart my computer and then manually install the pieces. it's easy.

 

What parts do you mean? Do you extract V.R installer? I can’t extract their installer. It is really advanced.

 

You have to ask yourself why that is what it is... For most, no problems are incurred what so ever. However I have noticed that most who have these kinds of issues are running the OS (for the most part) out of the box and internet connected. There is something to be said for referencing use of a decent firewall (not the native OS fw) and blocking domains via host file entries - if keeping a direct internet connection is must...

 

there are 5 or 6 places the files can go. Documents, Program Files, Common Files [VST3], Program Data, AppData, and sometimes in User Public Documents. just take them from your WinPE folders and transfer them to their folders in your win 10. then if neccessary switch out the cracked files and use the keygen in your win10. it takes less than 10 minutes.

@saccamano I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out and it may be that my computer is very old, but in the end if it works, I don't care why. and I am not connected to internet when I try.

I tried everything including a fresh install of win ten.

 

You can extract or test any of those idiotic VR releases just installing them to sandbox without any harm to your system

THIS WORKED!! I just closed every single background application, I didn't even have MSI afterburner or rivatuner, but I closed every single thing in the task tray and iT WORKED AHHHH THANK YOU SO MUCH I WANNA KISS YOU TREMENDUSLY RN ARGHHH
