the best auto tuner out there is the "you won't get listeners if you can't sing." This one was used even by George Jones.

    Say it to the pros…

Anyway, my question was not what is the best…

and it is not used for correction only but also for the effect itself, or creative or educational purposes…

I use crispy plugin alliance. It's in the r2r bundle.

i would say pro x is the best one which has manual correction but if you want the vocal doubler effect like metatune you have to use efx+10 i use both and they both have their strengths and weaknesses with both pro x and efx+ 10 you get the whole package

crispy tuner lowers the volume of the signal which is a complete bummer if you are serious about your vocals

autotune? antares , if you want negative retune speeds you have the slate all access pass for 10 bucks a month first 5 months with metatune but to me it aint worth it subscribing to software its better to own what you use that's why i use antares for my projects

Have you ever compared the "iZotope T-Pain Effect v1.02" VST against the "Antares Auto-Tune Pro X" VST and with both VST's set to the same key & scale on a vocal recording ?, because i recently discovered that the "iZotope T-Pain Effect v1.02" VST does cleaner sounding AutoTune and it does better Over-The-Top AutoTune warble / wobble effects on vocals than the "Antares Auto-Tune Pro X" VST.

it's kind of funny how the "iZotope T-Pain Effect v1.02" VST from (2011) does cleaner sounding AutoTune and better Over-The-Top AutoTune warble / wobble effects on vocals than the "Antares Auto-Tune Pro X" VST from (2022) lol.

if you want cleaner sounding AutoTune and better AutoTune warble / wobble effects on vocals, then "iZotope T-Pain Effect v1.02" VST is the way to go, and if you want extra settings / options, but with inferior sounding AutoTune and less AutoTune warble / wobble effects on vocals, then "Antares Auto-Tune Pro X" VST is the way to go.

I personally would rather have "iZotope T-Pain Effect v1.02" cleaner sounding AutoTune and better Over-The-Top AutoTune warble / wobble effects on vocals, instead of "Antares Auto-Tune Pro X" pointless extra settings / options.

I don't think many people know about the "iZotope T-Pain Effect v1.02" VST, because it got released in 2011 and iZotope discontinued it in 2014.

You can download the "iZotope T-Pain Effect v1.02" VST on the sister site.
