Hello

I have just installed legit Komplete Kontrol and the Native Instruments stuff (k'ed) works however the Arturia plugins can't be loaded...has anyone had this issue before

I have attached a screenshot of the error

I am on Mac

First scan your plugin folder from Komplete Kontrol.
If that don't work work out where your Arturia VST2 plugins went, if you only installed the VST3 version that's your issue as Arturia have yet to migrate from VST2 to VST3 in Komplete Kontrol.

Edit: Oh its Mac in it.... ok some of that is right just follow your nose... but the essential part is Komplete Kontrol can't find your plugins.

 

I am sorry but that isn't helping me, telling me to follow my nose. I posted this because normally there are people who have had this problem and who know how to get it sorted.

 

Well I'm sorry, at least I replied and I do know how to fix it on a PC, however as I was reading back my reply I noticed you had a Mac, well... same fix, scan your plugins....

and use a bit of imagination....

 

Hi - I had exactly the same problem. This has now been fixed - it was a problem with Arturia and KK compatibility, Arturia they hadn't updated their instruments and KK wasn't playing nice.

There is a workaround - you can go to the menu up the top of KK and load them manually that way - OR - (as I spent an hour doing this morning!) if you want to use them more normally (eg. by double-clicking as you did or from the kontroller), you'll need to update all the Arturia instruments and plugins to the latest versions (in fact, the versions just posted on another site yesterday fixes this :p) and it will go away

That is a bit difficult updating them if you use the sister site, when updates can be far and few between, depending on the people who release them.
