Strange! It reports as if only the software (1.6.4c) installed for Trilian but not the patches and soundsources? As you can see your Keyscape reports normally what you have and what the latest versions are. You don't have Omnisphere and Stylus installed and that's also obvious to see in the list.

I know there was a major database update with the release of software version v1.5. Maybe your database predates this? That could explain why you have these issues with software v1.6x? Or maybe there is something wrong with the content of your database?

 

I'm actually very confused to answer this because I've followed the installation instructions just like I installed Keyscape.

What are your suggestions?

 

At this point the only thing I can think of is to look for the latest updates of patches & soundsources and hope it will fix whatever is causing this issue. Or just download the whole library again like Stevie Dude suggested?

A tip I can give you that saved me a lot of time in case of a re-installation or when transferring to another drive or system. After a major update and everything is running perfectly I backup the complete Steam and the c:\programdata\spectrasonics\ directories. The only thing you have to do is just copy these back and run the latest updates, activate and your back in business.
