But is there a way to simply connect like HDMI from the tablet? Tablet only have the USB-C connector. I will look my graphic card, I think I have one more input (HDMI or display port). Or is it always necessary to have a program like Duet Display or Splashtop Wired XDisplay PRO?
I have tried today Duet Display and it works nice but it takes a few of CPU and I don't find the way to buy or sister site it.. I only see the option of paying monthly or yearly and I don't to be paying always for a simple connection. Any tip?

Idk man, all their apps are free in my region. Might not be in yours. You can look up other display extender apps in the appstore. I am on ios btw, not android. Android is probably going to be slower than ios too, so your mileage may vary. The latency for me is barely noticeable, even though my ipad is kinda old (ipad mini 2).

Dear all, it was an interesting read - all of it. Well, I’m starting off on my own with three computers, of which two are old ones with legacy interfaces and one is new. I have just purchased Reaper and Kontakt. Somehow I get a feeling that a touchscreen at the centre would help, perhaps either as a master or as a programmed macro or something. Tom at Junkie XL even says you can run software’s like OCX on iPad. Point is, whatever the hardware and software on the touchscreen, how do I connect it to the main system of three computers and how to programme for specific uses?
