I've tried downloading Helix line 6 and neural dsp with the r2r installers, but theres only an icon and uninstall file in their folders. I can't get it to work even when disabling my antivirus. Any tips??!

Windows 10 64 bit
the downloader is 32 bit but i don't think thats the problem

 

First of all, it all depends where did you downloaded it from. ( Please, don't post any link to warez site here)

There are some explanations about similar problem.

 

If you tried d/l using Firefox, either try a different browser or get the latest update first.

version 110.0 has a d/l problem.

 

i got it on audioz

so it probably has something to do with my computer

 

you left your antivir on ?

 

no i made sure to turn it off
