How to make that FX sounds

    Any synth! Ramp LFO on pitch, pitch-bend, pitch envelope, glide/portamento (set to monophonic mode), etc.
    There are numerous ways to do this.

    Add some chorus and reverb. Delay could also work. You could also stack some oscillators on there and detune/unison them (and spread them out over a few octaves) to make a more "full" sound.

    Google/youtube the words I told you. You will have to learn it yourself, like we all do.
    Learn what envelopes, LFO, pitch-bend and glide/portamento does and you will be flying.
