    Is it guitar bass?
How to recreate it on the DAW using vst's only?
I don't mean this specific sound. There is too much reverb. Sound is too far.
But I can't find better example. Just imagine there is no reverb.

No, it's a synth, try a sawtooth + square, low octaves.

@fishnose is correct, it's a synth preset. The bass itself doesn't appear to have any reverb, it's just running through a flanger pedal, but I seem to remember hearing that either in Trilian or Omnisphere. I'll try and find it for you later (If nobody beats me to it)

Stick a flanger over that DX-7 bass sound from @BEAT16, and you have it exactly..

YES. It's the overused plucked synth bass.
    It's from JUNO-60.
You can get this on TAL-Jun VSTs or the PG-8X free emulation alternative.
    - No need paid VSTs. Try to get PG-8X (it's free). Tweak the levers until you get it.
As you can hear it's plucked (short) so pull down the Attack lever and set low the levers of release and sustain.
    - Turn OFF the chorus and get TAL-Chorus LX instead (it's free too)
    - Create a Bus for TAL-Chorus LX and send the PG-8X synth signal in Pre Fader mode (Fruity Send insert if you are on FL Studio) to the Chorus Bus.
    - Tweak the TAL Chorus LX knob to full wet. (don't move the volume knob)
    - Then pull the volume fader down a bit of PG-8X Bus.
    - You will hear the chorus signal more than Synth.

It will make a "wide" feeling.
    - Done!

Let me know if you get this otherway I'll make a preset for you.
