I think that you can find what you want on all the " Serge gainsbourg " Albums mostly on the " L'histoire de melody Nelson " or " L'homme a tête de chou " albums.

There's not " nude " sample but i think that with a little bit of eqing it will be possible to exctract them

Well, with RipX you can create great acapella's, but in terms of copyright I would be cautious with Serge Gainsbourg, his voice is very recognisable.
