I have a legit copy of Live 11 Suite and I was wonder if I can use M4L devices from the Sister site or does it only work for cracked version of Suite?

I use legit Ableton Live Suite 11 and have no issues at all running M4L devices from the sister site. Where you will run into problems with a legit Live install is if you use a sister site pack (ALP file) from the Ableton site. The audio files in those packs are encrypted and tied to your license. You can install those ALP files, but you'll get an error when trying to use those audio files. And, you can't even play them in a standard media player either. But, for just a M4L device from the sister site on a legit Live install, you should be just fine.
