can someone help me to recreate this 303 style stab?

i think it`s a square wave which is filtered then distorted and then a reverb.

 

Take a wave, anything between saw and square, use a VERY resonant keytracked bandpass (play around with filter center and different octave slopes) and have an envelope open up the filter a wee bit.
Follow up with COPIOUS amounts of distortion.
Slap lots of reverb on it.

Fuzzy hard clip-ish distortions work best.
I guess the initial sizzle in your example is from a spring reverb? Or maybe just some mixed in noise source?
Double up the oscillator with another one an octave below if the patch doesn't sound thick enough to you.

 

I tried re-creating it in Serum, it probably don't sound exatly like your example but hopefully it'll help you understand it and then you can tweak it to your taste or transfer the settings to your favorite synth. Hope it helps.
