Wasn't sure if anyone else was aware of this, but I stumbled over it, and it is quite the collection of vintage drum machine samples. Reverb put it together, I suppose. 53 different drum machines. And you can't beat free.

    - Too many "loops" IMHO, some drum machines are unusable because no single sound(s), only loops.
    - Files & folders names are too long (due to Reberb xxxx Sample Pack naming everywhere), folders/files must are renamed, otherwise paths are too long even for NTFS filesystem (Windows).
    - Some are modded, but not available as unproceeded (Roland TR-707).

I agree, packs provided by Bitwig Studio are sufficient and decent, IMO (probably same concerning Ableton Live Suite).
Perhaps Samples from Mars are excellent, too, but... commercial/paid (despite recent discount), not downloaded/tried however.

for the roland stuff you can record the released drum machines 606, 707, 727, 808 and 909.
also worth checking out are drumazon, µtonic, ADM+ 1.5 - then try to apply FX to them, like eventide, soundtoys, etc

I know this is a bit more work, but you will have your own samples nobody else has.

check out the reverb "studio sampled sounds" packs if they're still online. free one shots and loops recorded at chess records, hitsville, muscle shoals, and stax; recorded in the style of each studio. they're pretty fun for demoing or practicing along to, i reach for em pretty often

yes, they are from ti2, via USB connection; so there is no color from my mixer. I still have to unlock the Poco on this machine. :)
