A.) Ableton also VCV Rack 2 (Free)
B.) Halfway through upgrading to Windows 10.
C.) Software developers don't want me using their stuff because I refuse to pay for it. But if you're asking whose products do I like? Ableton stock, Fabfilter, Uhe, PSP, D16, Sugarbytes. Moog and Elektron

Did you mean poll? But I find it a bit more humane than a cold statistic. I will evaluate the results in January.

"What dogshit DAW are you using on your dogship operating system? If it isn't the one that I prefer, your choice is literally faeces."

    A. Cubase pro 12
    B. Windows 10
    C. There are a lot.
KORG : in love with their 80s/90s workstations, today they remain innovative while respectful to their legacy offering intuitive products that prioritize musicality. I'm still impressed by Spectrasonics products, Omnisphere in particular.
For FX: Sonible, MeldaProduction, Flux, Focusrite, iZotope, Zynaptiq are impressive.

    A: Ableton Live Suite 11.2.6
    B: Windows 11
C: Kilohearts, Arturia, Fabfilter, Valhalla DSP, Native Instruments. Also while it's a single program, I use it in every project: Omnisphere. I just love that instrument despite how much of pain in the ass it can be at times. Lmao

    yeah, misspelled it.

If you're planning to evaluate all answers to collect info and make statistics then a pool isn't necessary. My apologies.

    A. Reaper
    B. Windows 7, it just works, no need or time to upgrade.
    C. Ungodly amounts of Toontrack. Mostly drum stuff as I have a huge VDrum kit. Ownhammer IRs for my Headrush Pedalboard.

    A) Cakewalk by Bandlab
    b) Windows 10
    C) Native Instruments, Soundtoys, Vertigo Sound ( PA), Softube harmonic enhancer plugin, Fabfilter, GForce, Izotope, various synths

why Cakewalk? ive used it over a dozen years, still sounds the best to me, specifically sample libraries

sure i can make up some of the bass with VSM-3, but why bother to do that all the time

    Cheers!

    Ok, why not

A: Bitwig, the only DAW I use
    B: Windows & macOS, equally
C: I use several software tools from differing companies in pretty equal measure. Some are Brainworx, Eventide, Relab Development, Korg & u-he to name a few.
